army

We reported on the buffs from the , which has now been updated to 6.76b. , and had the most significant buffs. What we didn’t report on however, were the adjustments done to , a hero that was also just introduced to with this version; His ‘Great Fortitude’ skill has been adjusted with ‘Stampede’, but see for yourself :

Does not affect magic immune enemies

As it seems, Centaur has now become the strongest team hero in 2 according to .com, a website accumulating all statistics from the Dota 2 matches. From there we can see that the win rate in matches where Centaur Warrunner was present sky rocketed to a staggering 66.75%(new). As a comparison, in the previous patch teams with managed to win “only” 60.15% of their matches.

From the reported buffs we can also see that neither Sniper, nor Meepo could benefit greatly, however Drow Ranger managed to make the break out from 51.21% win rate up to 2nd place with 60.21%+9!

Jakiro de-throned

There are new kings in town baby, and Jakiro has been de-throned to a 3rd place with a win rate of 56.49%-3.66. Although his nerfs would be more substantial, he’s still holding himself in the top of the ladder. He had a manacost increase on Ice Path to 90+15, and the creation delay of the Ice Path has been increased as well, making it 0.5+0.1.

the biggest loser

The biggest loser in this patch seems to be however Tidehunter. His nerf included a damage decrease on Ravage, making it 200-50/325-25/4500. As consequence he fell from a steady 4th place win rate, to the 20th place, and dropped right below the 50% win rate mark with 49.94%-6.04.

Obviously these numbers are quite fresh, right after a patch release. In the next weeks we will see more stabilized numbers when people get a grip on the ability changes, thus balancing out the game play. We will keep you posted on the big balance questions.
