French ToD out of Fnatic

French StarCraft II professional Yoan ‘ToD’ Merlo leaves Fnatic after being part of the British organization for 11 months. Yoan was living in Korea, where he was part of the grand opening of Fnatic’s own team house. Under the lead of former Counter-Strike superstar carn, he was living together with his old rival Jang ‘Moon’ JaeHo.

Yoan already moved back to France a months ago and it was rumored that he would leave the British organization. Now news are out and both parties have agreed upon terminating the contract and going separate ways.

Since Tod joined Fnatic in September 2011 he participated in lots of tournaments and leagues all over the world.

1st: Samsung European Championships 2011
2nd: SCAN Invitational #1

Before departing the French Protoss player stated, that he would continue playing StarCraft II, where he will be focusing on streaming. His former General Manager Elroy Pinto expressed being sad about Yoan’s departure, but underlined once again that this termination of contract was a mutual decision.

Currently the roster remains with five Koreans, ByuL, Moon, Rain, aLive, Oz and the Romanian player NightEnd.
