Today July 24^th, 2012 North American based team Evil Geniuses signed Conan “Suppy” Liu as the newest member of their Starcraft 2 division. The 19 year old zerg player from USA who recently played under CheckSix Gaming is a surprising pickup from Evil Geniuses since the team is known  for only signing superstars such as Marcus “ThorZaIN” Eklöf recently.

Liu attended MLG Spring Championship where he earned the Bic Flex 4 MLG Breakout Player Award by defeating well known players such as iNcontroL, TAiLS, Dde, Killer, BlinG and Select earning a top 28 finish, he also earned top 16 at WCS USA Nationals earning him a spot at MLG Raleigh for the WCS North American Championship.

Liu will make his debut under the Evil Geniuses banner at the ASUS ROG Summer 2012 event in Helsinki Finland on August 2nd alongside teammates Chris ‘HuK’ Loranger, Greg ‘IdrA’ Fields, Ben ‘DeMusliM’ Baker, and Ho Joon “PuMa” Lee.
